Position Summary
The Marketing Consultant provides marketing, communications, and general business development support to the advisory team. This position assists with marketing initiatives, client communications, and activities designed to enhance the firm's visibility and client engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and coordination of marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
- Support social media, website content, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate client appreciation events, outreach efforts, and promotional activities.
- Assist with preparing newsletters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Provide general administrative support related to marketing and business development activities.
- Ensure marketing materials and communications follow applicable firm policies and compliance requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Previous marketing or administrative experience preferred.
Position Limitations
This is a non-registered, non-advisory position. The Marketing Consultant will not have access to custodial platforms or client investment accounts and will not engage in securities transactions, investment recommendations, trading, or other activities requiring securities registration.

Compensation: $35,568.00 per year
